A leading technology recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Service Transition Analyst to ensure smooth transitions of IT services with minimal disruption. This hybrid role requires expertise in ITIL principles, application deployment, and patch management. The position is based in Newcastle, with essential stakeholder communication skills and an understanding of operational technology being highly valued. Offering competitive day rates between 400 - 425 GBP, this contract extends for 6 months with a start date of January 12th.
Contract -Service Transition Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid working
One of our key clients are looking for an experienced Service Transition Analyst to ensure the new and changed IT services are transitioned into live operation with minimal risk and disruption.
This role will focus on applications and infrastructure readiness, including requirement gathering, patch management, compliance, and operational handover.

Rate: Outside IR35
Day rate: 400 - 425
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: 12th January
Working Arrangements: Hybrid (onsite working required 2 days per week)
