  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

Job description
About the Role
  • Complete all duties in accordance with the requirements of the WysePower operating procedure and Health & Safety Policy
  • Carry out all aspects of Contract Management for a number of allocated contracts from initial enquiry to final account and ensure that margins are maximised.
  • Prepare specifications and quotations from customer enquiries
  • Ensure works are completed to programme, within budget and payments received
  • Ensure all sites are compliant with NICEIC requirements including the management of periodic testing requirements.
Main Tasks
  • Procurement of labour, materials and plant to complete site based activities
  • Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Actively seek and follow-up sales opportunities and carry out sales visits
  • Contract management and value engineering of projects to maximise margins
  • Promotion and implementation of operative incentive scheme
  • Provide continuous power loads and lighting level data on existing projects and utilise information for future projects
  • Regular site visits / inspections
  • Work allocation of operatives and their general day to day running
  • Control of depot held stock.
  • Prepare and submit tenders in line with the specification of the client and the technical expertise of WysePower
  • Maintain and take ownership of NICEIC accreditation and requirements.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
