We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Project Manager to take full ownership of a multi-site Facilities Management contract across several educational establishments and a public community facility.

This is a key leadership role overseeing the delivery of hard and soft FM services, ensuring service standards across maintenance, grounds and all associated support services.

You will be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring full contractual compliance, leading a large multi-disciplinary team, and delivering high standards of customer service.

This position also plays a crucial part in guiding the contract through to PFI handback, with responsibility for lifecycle planning, asset management and strategic project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & manage all hard and soft FM services, maintaining full statutory, contractual & safety compliance.
  • Oversee all electrical, mechanical, fabric and building maintenance, subcontractor activities, asset surveys and helpdesk functions.
  • Manage the full P&L for the contract, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and lifecycle planning.
