Qualifications

• Prior experience in a paralegal, legal coordinator or legal assistant role.
• Experience with contract and commercial laws.
• High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing general commercial and tech contracts.
• Managing commercial agreements from initial instruction to completion.
• Assisting with Anti-Bribery and Anti-Modern Slavery initiatives.
