A leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site operation in the UK, ensuring client satisfaction and financial results. The role involves managing service delivery across various operational needs. Candidates should have a strong contractual and financial background along with proven leadership skills. Flexibility to travel is essential.
Location: National (home location near Sheffield)
Contract Sites: Blackpool, York, Pontefract, Gateshead and Wallingford with occasional travel to sites in Ballymount and Broomhill in Ireland. Contract may grow with more sites in UK and Ireland.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) plus Company Car/Allowance

We're seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a sharp commercial focus and a proven ability to run large, multi-site operations. You'll be accountable for the performance of one of our newest Soft FM contracts, ensuring seamless delivery of services, client satisfaction, and strong financial results across 7 sites.
