A leading facilities management company in Broadland is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the Norwich Schools PFI contract. This role, offered on a 15-month fixed-term basis, includes managing operational FM services, ensuring compliance, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Norwich Schools PFI team, based in Taverham, supporting six schools across the City of Norwich. This role is offered on a 15-month fixed term contract.
Location: Taverham, Norwich - site based across six school locations
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, with flexible shift times available
Contract type: Fixed term contract - 15 months

As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Norwich Schools PFI contract, leading the delivery of hard and soft facilities management services and ensuring all contractual, operational and commercial requirements are met.
