The role is essential for overseeing building compliance in accordance with regulations. You will manage various developments, conduct inspections, and ensure all projects meet health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Building Control and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation. Flexibility for extended hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Control within the buildings sector.
• Understanding of Building Regulations, the Building Act 1984, and related legislation.
• Ability to undertake 'out of hours' work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Developments including new applications and regularisation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain records of assessments.
