Job description

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator, based in Erith, DA8, on a permanent basis.

The Contract Administrator is the administration lead for their designated contracts. They will be expected to have a full understanding of all aspects of the contract, from KPI requirements to scheduling works for Engineers. You will also provide a second point of contact to support our Customer Service Representatives within our Customer Services Centre as well as liaising with them for all contract requirements and what is expected of them specifically regarding their contracts.

Hours - 40 per week

Pay - up to £29,000pa

Responsibilities
  • To take a lead role in effectively organising the schedule for engineers (with advice from supervisors/managers) and ensure that all compliancy is maintained throughout the assigned contract
  • To be the single point of contact for anything administration related within your assigned contracts
  • To provide the second point of contact support for all queries from customers, clients and residents via the Customer Service Representatives
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to our customers, clients and residents – ensuring that you are at all times clear, concise, polite and helpful.
  • Record all activity from inbound phone calls/emails within the in-house system as “Communication Events”; ensure all details are accurately noted.
  • To ensure all customer/resident details are up to date and relevant within the in-house system including checking post codes, contact numbers and resident names.
  • Liaise with the Customer Services’ Team as necessary to effectively and quickly resolve queries and issues from customers, clients and residents
  • Actively review and contribute to the maintenance of inhouse documents ensuring they are up to date with relevant information.
