What would you do as our Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator? As our Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in reducing operating costs and improving contribution margins through the deployment of lean methodologies. Your focus will be on enhancing flow in assembly and core processes, driving automation, and applying Lean principles such as Flow process analysis, TAKT, SMED, VSM, 5S, 8 wastes and Value Analysis to deliver measurable improvements. This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead manufacturing improvement projects whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and training. This role reports directly to the UKI Operational Excellence Manager and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact within a global leader in opening solutions.
