An established and highly rated team is looking to appoint an additional Lawyer into their team to assist on a full range of issues relation to contentious estates and trusts. As part of the team’s continued growth, the firm are looking for Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ experience in advising on private wealth disputes, such as contentious probate and trust related matters. You will be involved in a diverse and varied caseload of matters including contentious estate and or trust administration, claims under the Inheritance ACT 1975, claims under the Trusts of Land & Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
The successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 4 years PQE in working within a similar role. Keen to expand their offerings in Norfolk, the appointed Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer will be working closely with senior members of the team and will possess a strong willingness to learn and develop together with providing a first-class service to clients.
