Contentious Probate Solicitor

Overview

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to appoint a knowledgeable and motivated Contentious Probate Solicitor to strengthen our growing department. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a busy and interesting caseload involving disputes connected to Wills, Trusts and Estates, while contributing to the wider development of the team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with hands‑on experience in contentious probate matters. You should be confident handling files independently from initial instruction through to resolution, able to communicate clearly with clients and third parties, and demonstrate strong negotiation, organisation and time‑management skills. Sensitivity, professionalism and a commercially aware approach are essential when dealing with complex and often emotive disputes.
