Contentious Probate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £50,000+ (DOE) - This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded practice handling a diverse caseload while delivering a high standard of service to the firm’s clients.

• The firm is committed to providing excellent client service and is seeking an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join their team.
• Applications are invited from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE, particularly in contested probate and Court of Protection matters.
• You will manage a varied caseload of contentious probate and Court of Protection cases.
• Knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 is advantageous.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.
