Big Reputation is a fast growing B2B marketing agency working with clients in construction, manufacturing and professional services. We’re looking for a Content Manager to take the lead on our content output – both for our own brand and for our clients.
This is a hands on role where no two days look the same. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering content strategies that drive results, managing our content and social media client accounts for both brands and people. You’ll also ensure everything that leaves the studio is sharp, accurate and on brand. From social campaigns and SEO blogs through to podcasts, newsletters and paid campaigns – you’ll oversee it all.
The role goes beyond the desk. You’ll be out interviewing clients, gathering case studies, planning and directing video and photo shoots, and working closely with our creative team to bring campaigns to life.

The ability to build both strong internal and external relationships is crucial to the success of this role. You’ll often be asked to create content and case studies of our clients’s clients so an awareness that you’re representing Big Reputation and our wider network too, is important.
