The Role: We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our GTM team. Reporting into the Sales function, this role will focus on supporting our marketing and sales efforts by producing high-quality, engaging content across key channels.

This role will assist in communicating the value of our products and services to a range of B2B stakeholders, including health systems, insurance providers, pharmaceutical companies, and consumer health brands. You’ll play a key role in creating content that supports demand generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Content Sourcing: Monitor news outlets, company announcements, social media, and industry updates to identify relevant stories, trends, and opportunities for timely content.
  • Channel Management: Manage and grow Foundation Health’s presence on LinkedIn, our website, email campaigns, and conference materials.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit engaging, on-brand content for multiple formats, including thought leadership, product messaging, case studies, one-pagers, sales collateral, and pitch decks.
  • Message Tailoring: Translate complex or technical healthcare concepts into clear, accessible, value-driven messaging for different stakeholders, including health system decision-makers and commercial audiences.
  • GTM Support: Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure content and collateral align with campaigns and sales strategies, supporting awareness and commercial conversations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Foundation Health\'s brand voice, values, and identity.
We\'re Looking For Someone With
  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a track record of producing compelling content for professional audiences
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness in sourcing timely content ideas from industry trends and external news
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools, with an eagerness to use them responsibly to improve efficiency and targeting
  • Ability to tailor technical or product concepts into engaging messages that resonate with healthcare stakeholders
  • Experience managing content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, website, sales collateral)
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside sales and product teams to align content with GTM goals
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms, and interest in applying data-driven insights to improve engagement
Nice-to-Haves
