Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading marketing and creative production agency who are seeking a Content Manager to join their team. The agency works across multiple European markets, delivering a wide variety of digital and marketing assets – including static and animated social content, HTML display, digital out-of-home, emails, website banners, and print. Some of these are created manually, while others are produced at scale through the agency’s proprietary automation platform.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the production of automated assets using the agency’s automation platform.
  • Collaborate with project managers, account managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality content.
  • Generate assets from templates, apply feedback, test outputs, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (working level required); knowledge of European languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Dutch is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across large teams, while also working independently when required.
  • Friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience producing marketing assets at scale across digital formats.
  • Knowledge of the social media landscape and common deliverables/specifications.
  • Familiarity with production workflows and processes.
  • Awareness of Adobe After Effects and its capabilities (no need to use the software directly).
