Responsibilities

• Create informative, engaging and compliant product description copy for new products.
• Improve and update existing product description copy to be current, compliant and search engine optimised.
• Create FAQs and answers for product pages, using research for what users search for on search engines like Google.
• Upload and format content within website platforms, content management systems (CMS), and product information management systems (PIMs).
