Responsibilities

  • Localise content for key segments and repurpose long‑form content into multi‑channel assets.
  • Explore the smart use of AI tools for workflow, ideation, and optimisation.
  • Own and maintain the editorial calendar aligned to campaign plans.
  • Upload, edit, and format content across CMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and marketing to deliver content on time.
  • Lead content QA, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research and optimise content for search visibility.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics.
  • Develop customer‑facing content and coordinate with partners for features.

Explore the smart use of AI tools for workflow, ideation, and optimisation. Own and maintain the editorial calendar aligned to campaign plans. Upload, edit, and format content across CMS platforms (Hub Spot, Word Press). Collaborate with product, sales, design, and marketing to deliver content on time. Lead content QA, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Conduct keyword and topic research (SEMrush). Optimise content for search visibility and engagement across emerging discovery platforms (AEO). Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics. Develop customer‑facing content (onboarding guides, newsletters, how‑to articles). Coordinate with partners and associations for features and advertorials. Write case studies, working closely with account managers and customers.
