Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Persona-Based Content Contractor to rapidly develop high-volume, persona-led content for priority target audiences within the food, beverage, and related B2B sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food, beverage, or adjacent industries—ideally within a SaaS or technical B2B environment—and will be able to translate existing customer and persona research into clear, compelling content assets.

Over an initial 3-6 week engagement, you will work closely with internal product marketing leads and collaborate with external agencies as required. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate with minimal oversight, and deliver polished content at pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a high volume of persona-driven content across a range of formats tailored to food, ingredient, and related manufacturing audiences.
  • Use existing customer and persona research to ensure all go-to-market content is aligned with audience insights and business objectives.
  • Translate product information and technical detail into accessible, engaging messaging across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and broader campaign content.
Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
  • Work directly with product marketing managers to plan, develop, and refine content assets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies as necessary to meet volume and timeline requirements.
  • Manage workflows, feedback loops, and delivery deadlines to meet accelerated six-week output expectations.
Execution & Delivery
  • Produce high-quality, publication-ready content at speed with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing to ensure content aligns seamlessly with ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and structural approach across all deliverables.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within the food, beverage, or related B2B or SaaS sectors.
  • Background in product marketing with proven ability to translate customer insights into persona-led messaging and content.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-volume, high-quality content in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines.
Additional Information
  • This is a global role; UK-based experience is preferred.
  • Contractors will typically operate on a day rate (LTD company, outside IR35).
  • Candidates must be able to start quickly and work independently.
