Location: UK-based — Remote / Hybrid (occasional London attendance)

Contract: Full-time

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + benefits

About Fable England

Fable England is a British design‑led accessories brand, known for unique jewellery, handbags, scarves and whimsical storytelling inspired by literature and nature. We are a growing, internationally recognised brand with a strong creative identity and an engaged customer community.

We are now looking for a Content & Brand Manager to take ownership of our content output and act as a guardian of brand tone, visual language and storytelling across channels.

The Role

This is a hands‑on role combining content creation with brand stewardship. You will be responsible for ensuring that everything we publish feels unmistakably Fable — visually, verbally and emotionally.

You will work closely with Digital, Ecommerce and Product teams, and will have meaningful creative autonomy within a clear brand framework.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
  • Create, commission and deliver high‑quality content across Instagram, TikTok, email and website
  • Lead the planning and execution of photo and video shoots (in‑house and external)
  • Produce and edit short‑form video, reels and visual assets
  • Write and oversee brand‑consistent copy for social and email
Brand Stewardship
  • Act as a guardian of Fable England’s tone of voice, aesthetic and storytelling
  • Ensure consistency across all customer‑facing touchpoints
  • Translate seasonal narratives, collections and campaigns into compelling content
Social & Email
  • Own day‑to‑day management of social channels (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with launches and campaigns
  • Create and execute email campaigns via Klaviyo, working closely with Digital
Collaboration & Insight
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Product and Digital teams to support trading priorities
  • Monitor performance, engagement and content effectiveness
  • Use insight to refine content and improve relevance and impact
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative, grounded and commercially aware.

You should have:

  • Proven experience in content creation and brand‑led social media
  • Strong visual sensibility and storytelling instinct
  • Confidence creating photo and video content (hands‑on)
  • Excellent written communication and tone‑of‑voice awareness
  • Experience working with lifestyle, fashion or accessories brands (strong plus)
  • Experience using Klaviyo or similar email platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
Tools & Skills
  • Adobe Photoshop (essential)
  • Video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Content planning tools (Notion, Later, etc.)
  • Understanding of social performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
