Contract: Temporary 12-month fixed-term contract

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,023.00 per annum

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Customer Contact Advisor to join our Contact Team based at our office in Pity Me, Durham.

As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be predominantly dealing with repair requests and on occasion more general enquiries.

Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving, and customer service skills are essential. You must also be proficient in using various IT systems.
