A leading housing provider in the UK seeks a Customer Contact Advisor to join their Contact Team in Pity Me, Durham. An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Customer Contact Advisor to join our Contact Team based at our office in Pity Me, Durham.
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be predominantly dealing with repair requests and on occasion more general enquiries.
Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving, and customer service skills are essential. You must also be proficient in using various IT systems.
