Job description

In an ever-changing, increasingly complex world, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to help them overcome their most demanding challenges today – and to be ready for whatever comes next.

In Consulting, we have the access, capability and connectivity to make things happen. The projects we work on are dynamic and market leading, giving you the chance to thrive with us, doing work that really matters. From innovative approaches to reducing carbon footprints to leading environmental social and governance (ESG) integration, driving digital transformation and supporting financial crime prevention – the work we do makes a meaningful difference to the businesses and communities we serve.

Our focus is on adding value, right from day one, across a breadth of areas such as Customer Experience & Digital, Strategy, Forensic, Risk & Regulatory, People and Talent, and Operational & Financial Transformation, through to Cyber and Technology. We do that by immersing ourselves in our clients' organisations, applying sector knowledge and technology solutions to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Technology is a critical focus for us, it underpins everything we do, and we’re investing in it like never before. Through advanced data analytics and emerging technologies we're helping clients across diverse sectors to navigate a world of increasing complexity. We enable them to avoid unnecessary risks and to uncover new, transformative opportunities that could give them a competitive edge.

You’ll be part of an inclusive and supportive, people-focused culture, working with some of the brightest minds to solve complex problems. Whether we're helping our clients to reduce their costs, make better decisions, improve efficiencies, or deploy the latest technologies, we bring together a community of broad specialisms and talents to deliver robust, connected solutions. This means you can expect exposure to a wide range of projects and to work alongside specialists from across the firm.

We're a place where you can be yourself and give your best – whoever you are and whatever your background. Wherever you join us, you'll have the KPMG community at your side, empowering you to grow in your own way and make an impact.

In your role, you’ll work flexibly across your location region – at client sites, our offices and home. Our people have always worked flexibly – so this way of working isn't new for us. We’re creating a tech-driven business to empower and equip our people to be outstanding in delivery, no matter where they work – through inspiring collaboration spaces and new technologies and empowering them through flexible working.

We're proud to say that we've been rated a top Management Consultancy in the Financial Times' rankings, based on clients’ recommendations and peers alike. If you'd like to further your Consulting career in a firm that will give you the quality experiences you need to thrive and achieve your full potential, then look no further. The opportunities here are almost limitless

The complexity of today’s rapidly changing, increasingly digital world means it’s more important than ever for organisations to have access to the best specialist technical accounting advice. In this team you’ll draw on your expertise to help diverse businesses adapt to new demands.

The detailed advice we provide is aligned to financial reporting objectives, commercial reality and relevant regulatory requirements. Our work spans everything from supporting the implementation of new accounting standards through to GAAP conversions and IPOs. Our delivery ranges from training sessions through to drafting and reviewing in-depth accounting papers.

The fact that we support a varied group of companies with challenging, complex issues that arise from transactions, business decisions and regulatory changes makes this an excellent place to develop your skills.

Having a great product or service no longer automatically results in lasting customer loyalty. Today, creating positive customer experiences matters just as much. Not least because in the digital age, customers can quickly become powerful advocates – or influential detractors.

Life in this team means looking at everything from Customer Strategy, Experience, Centricity and Data & Analytics, through to Marketing, Sales & Service Transformation, and Digital Transformation. Join us, and you'll help to embed the 'voice of the customer' into our clients' decision-making process. Along the way, you'll factor in the latest advancements in the digital world. You'll look to implement transformative ecosystems and platforms to help revitalise the workplace, win customers' hearts and minds and unlock the full potential of data. If you'd love to help us redefine the customer experience, this is an exciting place to be.
