A prominent NHS Foundation Trust in Greater London seeks a Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Director for its intensive community treatment services. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality care for patients with eating disorders. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, leading multidisciplinary teams, and developing treatment pathways. Prospective candidates should have a primary medical degree, full GMC registration, and experience in eating disorders. A competitive salary range of £109,725 to £145,478 per annum is offered along with a permanent, full-time contract.

Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service (VSEDS) was established in 2002 and has developed substantially over the last 19 years. The majority of services are provided at South Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health Unit (SK&C MHU), with an out‑patient facility at Roxborough Road in Harrow. The directorate provides a range of specialist services for children, young people and adults with eating disorders across 5 London boroughs for CYP, 8 London boroughs for adults, and national referrals are accepted for adult inpatient care.
Specialist community CYP ED services are provided for the Boroughs of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon. Comprehensive adult services across community, day patient and inpatient levels are provided for the Boroughs of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon, whilst tertiary level services are provided for the Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow. Ealing and Hounslow have a secondary level service in the neighbouring West London Health Trust (WLHT) providing outpatient treatment for adults with mild to moderate eating disorder (ED).
