  • Entered on the GMC Specialist Register prior to appointment.
  • Senior trainees within six months of completing specialist training can apply.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a consultant post in Geriatric Medicine that aligns with your professional aspirations. You will have autonomy and dedicated time to undertake teaching, training, and develop sub‑specialty interests within a forward‑thinking and supportive organisation. The post is offered on a whole‑time basis (10 PAs) but suitably qualified applicants who wish to work part‑time will be considered. Flexible working arrangements, including job sharing, will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Requirements

Applicants must have completed specialist training in Geriatric Medicine / Healthcare for Older People and be entered on the GMC Specialist Register prior to taking up the appointment.

Senior trainees within six months of completing specialist training are also invited to apply.

Appointments Committee will review applications and interview dates will be confirmed.
