A prominent healthcare institution in London seeks a Consultant Diagnostic Radiologist to deliver breast imaging services. The role involves providing support for the multidisciplinary breast service and is integral to teaching and research development. Candidates must possess full GMC registration and relevant qualifications, with a willingness to work flexibly. The post will be based at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. It is a requirement to be prepared to work at any additional or different location owned or served by the Trust, on an ongoing or temporary basis according to service demands.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a first class team within a larger group of diagnostic radiologists with wide-ranging expertise. The post holder will support established diagnostic radiology services and take an active role in service development, teaching programs, and research and development.
We are committed to developing services to best meet patient needs. Flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends as needed, and offers of employment may be subject to agreeing to a more flexible working pattern in the future in accordance with the Trust consultant contract.

Your job plan is anticipated to contain 10 Programmed Activities per week on average to be carried out on Guys & St Thomas sites and includes on-call commitments. A flexible working pattern may be adopted with agreement from the Clinical Director and Clinical Lead. A remote Home Reporting solution has been deployed to many radiologists across subspecialties, with continued rollout as needed. A detailed job plan, including personal and professional objectives, will be discussed and agreed with the Clinical Director within 3 months of starting.
