  • Leading on the construction aspects of major real estate and regeneration deals
  • Advising on development agreements, JCT/NEC contracts, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments
  • Supporting energy and engineering projects across onshore wind, hydro, solar, battery storage and more
  • Collaborating closely with developers, funders, contractors, consultants and public bodies
  • Working alongside a highly ranked team on nationally significant infrastructure work
