  • Proactively source and screen candidates to match client requirements.
  • Conduct CV searches and shortlist suitable applicants.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring compliance is met at every stage.
  • Handle candidate queries during their assignments.
  • Oversee timesheet management and ensure accurate administration.
  • Support weekly payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Proactively source and screen candidates to match client requirements
  • Conduct CV searches and shortlist suitable applicants
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring compliance is met at every stage
  • Handle candidate queries during their assignments
  • Oversee timesheet management and ensure accurate administration
  • Support weekly payroll processes
  • Work closely with the Division Manager and Consultants to provide recruitment and administrative support
