This fully remote position allows candidates in the UK to manage projects, ensuring high client satisfaction while coordinating budgets and technical departments. Experience in heavy-duty retail projects and proficiency in AutoCAD are essential, along with strong capabilities in Portuguese or Spanish.
This role involves overseeing construction projects from bidding to execution, working closely with senior management, and acting as the main point of contact for clients. The projects mainly involve refurbishments for retail store openings, requiring quick turnarounds.
The ideal candidate should have experience in heavy-duty retail projects at a large scale, specifically in the retail sector across the UK and Ireland, working on construction projects for European brands.
Requirements include occupational Health and Safety training aligned with CSCS standards, proficiency in AutoCAD for plan reading and amendments, with BIM knowledge as a bonus. Strong language skills in Portuguese or Spanish are essential.
The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered when working on-site for large, ongoing projects.
