The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution, working with senior management and acting as the point of contact for clients. The role involves refurbishments requiring quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This position is technical and requires experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large format scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Experience in construction projects within the retail sector is essential.

Qualifications include occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS. Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and amending plans is required, with BIM knowledge considered a bonus.

Strong language skills in either Portuguese or Spanish are necessary.
