Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee key in-house projects, including redevelopments and new builds. Competitive salary of £40k plus bonuses to OTE £50k-£70k is offered.

We have an exciting opportunity for an an experienced Construction Project Manager to take charge of key in-house projects, including redevelopments, new builds, and mixed-use schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from cradle to grave, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Oversee contractors, budgets, schedules, and reporting
• Deliver fit-out, refurb, and steel portal frame new-build projects
• Utilise project management software (MS Project, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven track record in construction, fit-out, and refurb project management
• Experience with new-build steel portal frame buildings
• Budgeting and QS skills an advantage
• RICS qualification preferred but not essential
