As a Construction Planner, you will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring across all phases of construction.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Scheduling including project timelines using ASTA.
  • Coordinate sequencing of tasks to avoid delays.
  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Work with estimators to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs. Identify areas where costs can be optimized without compromising quality. Ensure everyone is aligned on design, schedule, and budget before construction starts.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Review permits, regulations, and safety requirements. Prepare reports, drawings, and planning documents for approval.
  • Collaboration: You\'ll work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
