Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Act as first point of contact for calls and visitors.
  • Manage emails and ensure smooth internal/external communication.
  • Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, and organise training.
  • Support implementation of office policies and health & safety compliance.
  • Handle additional projects and duties as required.
