Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Multi Skills Tutor to deliver high-quality, engaging training within a prison education environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can not only teach but also inspire and motivate learners who may have had limited access to education in the past.

Based on-site at HMP Ranby , you will work with small groups of learners to develop their practical skills, knowledge, and behaviours across multiple areas of construction, supporting them in achieving their qualifications and progressing towards long-term personal and professional goals.

As a Tutor, you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring each learner receives the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential. You will plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons, helping learners build confidence, gain employable skills, and prepare for future opportunities within the construction sector.
