A construction firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for residential developments in Cambridge. With a strong pipeline of mixed-tenure housing and partnership projects, they are expanding their delivery team and strengthening operational leadership across the business.
As part of this growth, we’re recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations, ensure the successful delivery of multiple schemes, and play a key role in driving build quality, programme performance, and safety culture. This role has a clear progression pathway toward Construction Director for candidates demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and consistent operational excellence.
The Construction Manager will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of residential and regeneration projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working in close partnership with Commercial, Technical and Development teams, you will manage build programmes, lead site teams, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
