Wates Residential are looking for a Construction Manager to join our Southern team in Brighton. Reporting to the Project Director you will supervise a large-scale project to deliver new homes to the local area. Wates Residential is a developer contractor; we invest, develop, build and sell quality affordable housing, either contracting or in a form of partnership with Local Authorities, Registered Providers and public bodies, such as Homes England.
