Lead Teacher / Lecturer Construction or Horticulture (Immediate Start)
Location: Pontefract
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time Long-Term Supply Paid via Agency
Pay: £140 £190 per day (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Role Overview
  • Teach Construction or Horticulture to learners across relevant vocational levels
  • Support staff through the delivery of training around lesson planning, preparation, and effective teaching practice
  • Plan and deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement across the department
  • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment
About You
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, QTLS, PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
  • Strong subject knowledge in Construction or Horticulture
