Our goal is not only to keep customers satisfied with quality products and craftmanship, but also keep employees happy and excited to come to work.

Position Summary

Help with day-to-day activities such as touching up interior trim all the way to removing and replacing shingles on a roof.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Keep a clean and safe work area.

· Operate hand tools and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, caulk guns, shovels, rakes, drills, circular saws, table saws, nail guns, handheld electrical tester, etc.

· The ability to communicate with homeowners’ politely and courteously.

· Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

· Digging post holes, trenches, or raking.

· Painting interior or exterior large and small jobs.

· Roof repairs such removing shingles and/or roof vents and installing new.

· Drywall repair and minor installation.

· Kitchen, bathroom faucet and drain installation.

· Light fixture and receptacle replacement or installation.

· Interior and exterior trim repair. This could include cutting, painting, removing, and reinstalling, etc.

· Exterior siding repair such as vinyl, wood, composite, and others.

· And other similar interior and exterior repairs.

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for someone excited to help our company grow. Construction experience is recommended but not required. Ability to work under minimal to no supervision. Follow written and verbal instructions. Be able to sit, stand, climb ladders, kneel, lift heavy objects, carry heavy objects and any other physically demanding/strenuous jobs daily. Have basic knowledge and understanding of power tools, hand tools. Must have a valid state driver license and reliable vehicle. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as permitted by law.

Benefits & Wages

Five paid vacation days after one year of employment, three days paid sick leave yearly, paid holidays, and paid birthday! Mileage reimbursement and optional cell phone reimbursement or company phone. Company supplied tools. Hourly pay rate starts at $20 an hour.
