My client is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer with at least four years' PQE to join a leading Construction and Engineering team on a 4 day per week basis.   • Education & Training: Planning and delivering construction training programmes; supporting internal education at trainee and departmental level.
  • Legislative & Case Law Updates: Monitoring and briefing the team on legal developments.
  • Internal Counsel Support: Assisting fee earners with know-how, precedents, and departmental initiatives.
  • Precedent Management: Drafting and updating standard forms, guidance notes, and supporting automation projects.

Essential skills:
