Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with a housing developer.
• Understanding of Highway and Water Industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of estate road and sewer construction & inspection.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage service enquiries for new developments.
• Oversee designs produced by external consulting engineers.
• Secure and manage adoption agreements (S38, S104, S278).
• Input into structural designs for superstructure elements.
• Review consultant designs for compliance and accuracy.
• Work closely with Technical Team to support planning conditions.
