The role involves advising on complex insurance policy coverage disputes related to construction. Construction Disputes Supervising Associate - 3-6 PQE

Our client is a highly ranked global Legal 500 firm and advise many of the world's leading insurers on complex, high value policy coverage disputes involving underlying construction disputes.

Core services include:

  • Arbitrations
  • Expert Determinations
  • Large Scale Adjudications
  • Litigation
  • Mediations, Conciliations and other ADR processes.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years PQE in construction disputes
  • will be dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on the most complex of disputes
  • will have good working knowledge of NEC and FIDIC
  • will have a thorough and current working knowledge of the TCC and adjudication
  • will have worked for a leading law firm for insurance and/or construction work. Fire safety experience desirable.
