Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Construction & Engineering solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a well-regarded legal team in Southampton. This role offers a chance to work on a diverse range of construction projects, advising national developers, funders, landlords, contractors, and consultants. The team operates across commercial and residential developments, infrastructure, mixed-use projects, offshore wind farms, and leisure developments.

  • Advising clients through all phases of development, from planning to completion.
  • Handling dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contributing to business development and expanding industry networks.
