A nonprofit organization is seeking a dedicated individual for the Case Worker role within the Connecting Communities Team, based in multiple prisons across the UK. This full-time position involves providing essential psychosocial support to clients transitioning from prison. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drug and alcohol issues, commitment to collaborative work with various agencies, and excellent communication skills. Change Grow Live provide psychosocial interventions and transitional services across prisons in Kent. This contract includes the Connecting Communities team who prepare people engaging with CGL and Oxleas for release back into the community or when transferring to another site. Dedicated staff will work together with healthcare colleagues supporting clients when transitioning to communities across the UK. Our enhanced offer will include flexibility to engage with clients for a period of time post release.
We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed individual to the role of Case Worker within the Connecting Communities Team based within the following three prisons.
This role is based across 3 prison sites, HMP Elmley, HMP Swaleside & HMP Standford Hill.
Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 to £32,002.35
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week. Contract: Permanent.
