Job Description

This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars office.

A support role for the event production team, and the key interface with the Service Provider/Government and Automotive industry executive speakers.

The role will manage event speakers to ensure an optimal event experience for them while leveraging their industry reach and expertise. This includes:

  • Managing speaker requests in the build-up to the event
  • Creating bespoke content such as video interviews, text interviews, blogs and more with speakers
  • Managing event speakers onsite
  • Ensuring speakers are registered and represented on official event materials, such as the website and event app, correctly

The role will create efficiencies internally by supporting delivery across multiple functions. Over time, this role can also expect to develop skills to support on the following elements of conference production:

  • Market research to input and shape conference agenda
  • Write and curate the conference agenda with support from the content lead
  • Manage partners and secure speakers for the conference agenda
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication & inter-personal skills
  • Able to use a range of software platforms such as MSFT Office
  • Demonstrable experience of the ability to forge positive relationships with multiple different stakeholders
  • Creative and resilient with a self- motivating, positive and naturally curious attitude
  • Team player with experience of positive contributions to team environment
  • Demonstrable ability to maintain highest quality administration of a function including reporting and project management
  • Hard-working and proactive mindset
  • Awareness of and ability to use social media and content delivery platforms
