🕒Full-time | 4 Days on, 2 days off pattern (8hr Shifts) (17 less working days each year compared with regular mon-fri working week)

A prestigious residential estate located SW London is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge to join their team. In this key role, you will be the welcoming face of the estate, ensuring residents receive a first-class experience and that the environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained.

What you'll do:
  • Be the primary point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.
  • Efficiently manage the concierge desk, handling inquiries, deliveries, and resident requests with utmost care.
  • Contribute to the safety and security of the estate through vigilant CCTV monitoring, reporting any concerns, and collaborating with the security team.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-presented environment.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all.
Who we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in a high-end residential or hospitality setting (3+ years)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in standard office software.
  • A proactive, helpful, and professional demeanor, with a commitment to excellence.
Desirable qualifications:
  • SIA Licence or CRB Certificate
