The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Concierge to become an integral part of the building, providing a best-in-class service to our discerning residents. They are offering a rare opportunity to be part of the launch of a newly redeveloped, prestigious period building in the heart of Mayfair. As their Concierge, you will play a key role from the very beginning, setting the tone for exceptional service and becoming a familiar, trusted presence for residents as they move into this exclusive address. You will be among the first to welcome clients to their new homes, building strong relationships from day one and providing the highest standard of personalised assistance. This is a chance to shape the identity of a landmark development, creating a lasting impression on those who will call it home. This role is ideal for a dedicated, experienced professional who takes pride in delivering impeccable service and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at an iconic new residence.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional front‑of‑house service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage resident requests efficiently, including booking and execution of services, handling deliveries, and coordinating maintenance
  • Maintain the security and safety of the building, including monitoring CCTV and controlling access
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain detailed records of visitor logs, incidents, and resident interactions
  • Address resident enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Assist in maintaining the appearance of the building
  • Ensure the lobby, reception, and communal areas are immaculate at all times
  • Assist with event coordination and resident communication as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Concierge within a luxury residential development, a five‑star hotel, or similar high‑end environment is essential
  • Impeccable customer service skills with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanour
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • High level of personal presentation and grooming standards
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to concierge duties (e.g., visitor management and booking systems)
  • Knowledge of local amenities, services, and transport links within the Mayfair area is desirable
  • Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • SIA Licence (preferred but not essential)
