A Key member of our team, this role oversees the coordination and practical delivery of our annual programme, ensuring every project runs smoothly from planning through to performance.

Dunedin Consort is one of the world’s leading baroque ensembles, recognised for its vivid and insightful performances and recordings. Its ambition is to allow listeners to hear early music afresh, and to couple an inquisitive approach to historical performance with a commitment to commissioning and performing new music.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, highly organised and motivated individual to join Dunedin Consort team as Concerts and Projects Manager on a full-time basis. Due to the nature of our work, candidates will be expected to worksome evenings and weekends, and to travel nationally and internationally as required by our touring schedule.

Based primarily at the Dunedin Consort office in central Edinburgh — with some scope for remote working — you will oversee the coordination and practical delivery of our annual programme, ensuring every project runs smoothly from planning through to performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in an arts environment, preferably classical music, with a knowledge of and/or interest in historically-informed performance. The position would suit someone currently working in arts administration with experience in orchestral or concerts management. The successful candidate will bring excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
