  • Trimming, drilling, profiling and finishing parts to drawing specification.
  • Laminating and repair prep (pre‑preg, core materials, adhesives).
  • Working closely with mechanics, engineers and build teams to ensure perfect fit and alignment.
  • Conducting trackside composite repairs under pressure and on tight turnarounds.
  • Managing consumables, materials, traceability and documentation.
  • Ensuring components meet safety, dimensional and structural criteria before sign‑off.
  • Maintaining a clean, controlled environment and correctly handling composite materials.

  • Strong composites background within elite motorsport or aerospace.
  • High‑quality craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly, cleanly and accurately under pressure.
  • Knowledge of structural repair techniques, adhesives and composite assembly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork with mechanics and engineers.

If you want your craftsmanship to be part of a podium‑contending Hypercar, this is your opportunity.
