We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low‑cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours – we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.

Read on if you

  • Have experience in CRO related activity and/or warranty and guarantees management in an airline or aerospace environment
  • Thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced aviation environment
  • Are comfortable in a highly technical setting and familiar with technical publications (such as CMMs, SBs, VSBs, SILs)
  • Can be in our fantastic Luton head office 3 x per week

The Team

Join our E&M Supply Chain team – a group of highly motivated professionals dedicated to maximising aircraft availability while reducing inventory costs. Handling over $250M of aircraft parts distributed across Europe and managing an annual spend in excess of £150M, our team ensures the essential flow of parts and services to support easyJet’s operation. You’ll be part of a team that succeeds in a fast‑paced, energetic environment, supporting each other to achieve shared goals.

The Role

As Component Repairs & Warranty Specialist, you’ll report to the Component Repairs & Warranty Manager in an exciting role within the E&M Supply Chain. You’ll be responsible for the administration of CRO activity, submission and administration of warranty and guarantee claims, and coordination of supporting evidence for E&M insurance claims.

  • Administering all component repair and overhaul requirements, including repair administration, approved suppliers, contract rates, and workscope confirmation
  • Managing warranty and guarantee claims, ensuring all supporting evidence is coordinated
  • Supporting the team to maximise aircraft availability and reduce inventory costs
  • Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver goods and services efficiently

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced airline or aviation environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and numerate, with the ability to interpret technical publications and coordinate technical decision making
  • Experience with repair contracts, Airbus SSCs, and legal awareness is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Aviation Regulations (Part 145, Part M/CAMO, Part 21) is essential
  • Experience with AMOS is desirable

Requirements of the Role

What you’ll get in return

  • Up to 20% bonus
  • 25 days holiday
  • BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
  • Life Assurance
  • Flexible benefits package
  • Excellent staff travel benefits

Practicalities

This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
