Job summary

A civil engineering contractor in Scotland seeks an experienced Training Manager to coordinate training across multiple projects.   • Conduct regular site visits across Scotland to ensure standards are met and provide on-site support.

Training Manager - Construction

Location: Glasgow - travelling across sites in Scotland - Company Car Included

Hours: Full-time, permanent

Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor with a growing presence in Scotland's renewables sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Training Manager to join their head office team in Glasgow.

Reporting to the Group Training Manager, this is a key role responsible for coordinating and delivering all training and competency requirements across multiple projects. You'll ensure the workforce meets regulatory and client standards, while driving continuous development and supporting a culture of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
