About the Role

Location - London/Southampton

Contract - Permanent

This role will support the Head of Compliance Advisory and Compliance Advice Manager in delivering an effective and credible compliance advice service to the Affluent business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert compliance advisory support across Quilter GF and COO, guiding business developments based on regulatory requirements.
  • Provide analysis of regulatory requirements impacting GF and COO standards, processes and procedures operated within the Business when required in order to support the business in their continued assessment of the appropriateness of policies and supporting material.
  • Liaise with and provide compliance advice to stakeholders in Group Functions and COO.
  • Supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance – GF and COO, CRO and wider function in ensuring the embeddedness of the risk and compliance management framework.
  • The role will assist the Compliance Manager/ Head of Risk and Compliance with other tasks as required.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Compliance management experience gained within a financial services organisation(s) in Wealth or Asset management.
  • Knowledge and experience of UK financial services and regulatory context.
  • Having a compliance professional qualification(s), financial advice qualifications or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
