The Engineering Compliance Manager ensures that all engineering plants, equipment, and systems across the group operate in full alignment with UK health and safety legislation, statutory inspection requirements, and recognised engineering standards. This role safeguards the business by making sure engineering risks are controlled, legal duties are met, and compliance is embedded into everyday engineering practices within a demanding food manufacturing environment. As the group’s authority for engineering compliance, the role provides support to site senior leadership teams, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and effectively managed.
